Privacy Notice

Last updated: August 2026 · Applies to services offered at elunai.xyz and related Eluna apps.

Eluna is built around a simple idea: creative tools should not quietly keep more of your life than they need. This Notice explains what we collect, why we process it, how long it stays with us, when we share it with processors that help run generation features, and the choices available to you.

It covers all Eluna features that reference this Notice. If a specific feature needs extra consent, we will ask for it before that processing begins.

1. Your rights

1.1 What you can request

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Ask us to delete information, subject to legal limits
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

1.2 How to submit a request

Send requests to support@elunai.xyz. We may need enough detail to confirm your identity and understand the scope of your request. We respond within the timelines required by applicable law.

1.3 When we may decline

We may refuse or limit a request when:

  • We cannot reasonably verify the requester’s identity
  • The request is manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive
  • Compliance would impair an ongoing legal process
  • The data is only anonymized statistics
  • Another legal exception applies

1.4 Withdrawing consent

Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that already occurred, or processing that rests on another lawful basis.

2. Information we process

2.1 Personal information

“Personal information” means data that identifies or can reasonably identify you. Fully anonymized information that cannot be linked back to you falls outside this Notice.

2.2 Data minimization

We design features to request only what a task needs. Declining optional inputs may limit related functions, while core browsing of this site remains available.

2.3 Information created while you use Eluna

When you use the product, we may automatically process:

  • Reliability signals — crash reports, error logs, launch timing, and version information that help us fix failures
  • Device context — device model, OS version, build identifiers, and configuration needed for compatibility
  • Usage patterns — feature opens, session length, and interaction metrics used to understand product health
  • Network context — IP address and network type for security and delivery

You can use primary creative features without manually submitting your name, email, or phone number. If you contact support, the details you choose to include become part of that conversation.

2.4 Aggregated insights

We may compute aggregate measures such as install volume, navigation paths, and feature adoption. If aggregated data is combined with identifiers in a way that can identify you, we treat it as personal information.

2.5 Lawful bases

Depending on the situation, we rely on:

  • Consent
  • Performance of a contract or pre-contract steps
  • Legitimate interests that do not override your rights
  • Compliance with legal obligations
  • Protection of vital interests where applicable

2.6 Why we process data

  • Provide, activate, and maintain Eluna services
  • Respond to support and verify requests when needed
  • Ship updates and improve reliability
  • Diagnose faults and prevent abuse
  • Store and retrieve user-generated content you choose to keep
  • Meet security and regulatory duties

3. Faces and biometric-like signals in uploads

We do not ask for your legal name, email, or phone number as a condition of generation, unless you voluntarily provide contact details for support.

If an uploaded image includes a face or similar visual characteristics, those signals are used only to produce the image or film you requested. We do not retain them for marketing, profiling, or unrelated product experiments.

After a generation job completes successfully, we delete the upload used for that job or irreversibly anonymize it so it can no longer identify anyone.

4. Security

We apply layered safeguards, including:

  • Encryption in transit (TLS) and encryption for stored data where appropriate
  • Network controls, monitoring, and access limited to need-to-know roles
  • Vendor review and contractual security commitments
  • Staff awareness of confidentiality expectations

If a breach is likely to affect your rights, we will notify you and relevant authorities as required by law. We do not sell personal information.

5. Processors and generation partners

5.1 Service providers

We use infrastructure and analytics providers only where they are necessary to run Eluna. They receive the minimum data required for their role, under contracts that restrict use beyond our instructions. You can manage many device permissions in your OS settings.

5.2 AI generation partners

Certain image and video features rely on specialized generation processors. For those jobs we may transmit:

  • The media you upload for that request
  • The text prompt or direction you submit

Those processors may use the material only to fulfill the generation request. Marketing reuse, long-term profiling, and unrelated retention are not permitted under our arrangements.

Before such a transfer occurs, we disclose the category of recipient, the purpose, and the material involved, and we ask for your explicit consent. Declining affects only the generation feature that depends on that processor.

When the job finishes, both Eluna and the processor delete or sufficiently anonymize the working inputs according to our processing terms.

6. Children

Eluna is not directed to children under 14 (or the higher age required in your region) without verifiable guardian consent. If we learn we collected personal information from a child without required consent, we will delete it. Guardians may contact us to review, correct, or delete a child’s information.

7. Links outside Eluna

Our site or app may link to third-party pages. Their practices are governed by their own policies. We encourage you to read those notices before sharing information with them.

8. International transfers

Eluna may process information in countries other than where you live. When we transfer personal information internationally, we use appropriate safeguards — such as contractual protections and technical measures — so that protection remains consistent with this Notice and applicable law.

9. Changes to this Notice

We may update this Notice when our practices, technology, law, or product scope changes. Material updates will be highlighted in the app or on elunai.xyz. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Notice, except where consent is still required.

10. Contact

Privacy and support inquiries: support@elunai.xyz. We aim to reply within applicable legal deadlines. If you remain unsatisfied, you may contact your local data protection authority.
